WARRANTY TERMS:
N.B.E. Computers offers the
following warranties on its products (CPU/Motherboard Combo’s,
Barebones PC Kits, and complete computer kits): a 30-day
warranty on CPU/Motherboard Combo’s, a 90-day
warranty on incomplete (barebones) computer kits and a
1-year warranty on ""Complete"" computer kits (where the
computer case has not been opened and the contents/components
have not been otherwise disturbed and/or damaged). Note: A
barebones PC kit is not a complete computer. The aforementioned
terms and conditions are not intended to discourage the
customers from shipping the item (s) back to our factory for
examination to determine and/or correct product defects. Labor
and parts charges apply for non-warranty work.
End Users:
Thank you for choosing N.B.E. Computer's product. For all
products, please e-mail to nbecomputers@hotmail.com. You will be
responsible for shipping charges to our location. If
problem is determined to be non-warrantable, you will also be
responsible for shipping costs back to your location. Some products may have a charge for parts.
N.B.E. Computers will NOT service out of warranty product.

Requirement:
1) Original invoice –––– This will show where you bought the
product and the date of the purchase.
2) Serial number of the product –––– You may locate it on the
product.
3) Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) –––– You may obtain
this authorization by e-mailing us at nbecomputers@hotmail.com.
Please do write down clearly what is the problem and what you
would like us to do.
4) RMA information needs to be in a seal packet on top of the
box when you send it back to N.B.E. Computers –––– You may
e-mail or to obtain authorization and provide your trouble
information. (See #3.) No returns can be made without an Return
Merchandise Authorization.
Return:
Warranty claims must provide the above information. You will be
responsible for shipping charges to our location. If
problem is determined to be non-warrantable, you will also be
responsible for shipping costs back to your location. Some products may have a charge for parts.
All products returned to N.B.E. Computer shall be shipped
freight prepaid.

For all prices and products, we reserve the right to make
adjustments due to errors, changing market conditions, product
discontinuation or typographical errors in advertisements.
We are in Business to make money and you are choosing us ,
because you feel we offer the best value in Pricing and Service.
We want you to be our customer, but not at any cost. We would
like you to know exactly what you are buying from us and what to
expect from us.
All of our terms and conditions are designed to serve you as
efficiently as possible, and to discourage those who exercise
loopholes in "Legal" Terminology - under (unreasonable
circumstances).
We want to be completely honest and up front with you , instead
of creating any misunderstandings, so we expect you to read our
terms and conditions.
Among other things, What the warranty does not cover: 1. Any
product on which the serial number has been modified or removed.
2. Damage or malfunction resulting from accident, overclocking,
misuse, power surge, fire, water, or other acts of nature,
product modification, or failure to follow instructions supplied
with the product.
3. The alleged condition is a result of neglect, unauthorized or
improper alternations, repairs, improper care, accidents,
disaster, weather or transportation.
4. Damage incurred in transit, caused by either improper
packaging by sender/customer or due to rough handling by
shipping agent.
All returned products and/or products submitted for adjustment
and/or repair, must first be examined for any abuse listed
above.
Return Merchandise:
N.B.E. Computers offers our customers a 5-day satisfaction
replacement or refund guarantee on all purchases, except: All
OEM CPUs have a "replacement only" warranty and must be returned
for exchange within the warranty period assigned to each brand
and type of CPU.
Due to manufacturer's policies, N.B.E. Computers can not accept
refunds or returns on All Software, Retail Boxed Processors,
Notebooks, Blank Media Cartridges, Printer Cartridges, Minolta,
QMS, Cisco, IBM, Sony, Intel, Tektronix, NEC and Hewlett Packard
products. All RMA related to above products, buyer must be dealt
directly with the manufacturer.
Defective merchandise can be returned to the manufacturer
directly. There is likewise no replacement or refund guarantee
covering any product that is affected by any "Year 2000"
compliance problem.
All returns or exchanges are subject to Fifteen percent (15%) or
$25, whichever greater, restocking fee or current market value
at N.B.E. Computers, Inc.`s discretion. All non product related
fees such as shipping, transaction, payment processing, and
insurance are not refundable in any case. Our liability shall be
limited to the invoiced value of the merchandise or its
replacement.
N.B.E. Computers, Inc does not guarantee compatibility.
Incompatible product returns are subject to a 15%
restocking fee.
Absolutely no refunds or returns for open retail box
products (please check product description before open).
No refund or credit will be issued after 5 business days from
the day the package was received.
No returns will be accepted without RMA information. Please

Merchandise must be packed securely and be returned to N.B.E.
Computers, Inc, undamaged, and must include original packaging,
manuals, warranty cards, documentation, and all other
accessories, with Buyer being solely responsible for paying all
return freight costs and insurance. It is recommended that all
returns be made via a traceable carrier such as FedEx, UPS or
Certified Mail as N.B.E. Computers, Inc is not responsible for
items that are misdirected or lost in shipment. RMA information
must be legibly listed and seal into a packet on the outside of
the carton. N.B.E. Computers, Inc. does not accept any shipments
without a valid RMA.
Merchandise is subject to testing before replacements will be
issued. We reserve the right to return to the Buyer any
non-defective merchandise or any merchandise that does not match
the invoice. The buyer will be responsible for all related
charges such as shipping, insurance, testing, and handling fee
on this matter.
We reserve the option to require that defective merchandise
returns be accompanied by a test report from an independent
laboratory in order to receive a refund, credit, or replacement
on merchandise.
We reserve the right to issue credits or refunds in exchange for
returned merchandise, or to replace merchandise with new or
repaired, used, or reconditioned parts.
All credits will be held for a maximum of ninety (90) days.
After ninety (90) days all credits will be considered canceled.

All OEM products are under 30 days warranty (excluding retail
box version & all memory). All generic memory modules have a
lifetime warranty, major brand modules have one year warranty on
manufacturers defects unless otherwise noted.
All computer components and peripherals installed in a
""Complete"" computer have a one (1) year warranty through N.B.E.
Computers, Inc. Additional warranties, if any, will be through
the manufacturer.
All software warranties regarding compatibility with other
hardware or software products, merchantability and fitness for a
particular purpose, or the ability of a product to meet the
Buyers needs, are granted solely by the publisher or
manufacturer of the products.
All merchandise must be returned in original condition including
packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and
accessories.
No warranty by N.B.E. Computers, Inc. shall apply to any
merchandise, which have been modified or damaged by the Buyer.
Merchandise that is defective due to misuse, neglect, or
improper installation is not covered under the warranty. We are
not responsible for any damages incurred to Buyer's equipment or
data resulting from an improper installation.
All warranties begin from the date of arrival and/or reception
of product shipment at customer location.
No N.B.E. Computers, Inc.`s employee, agent, or dealer is
authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to
this warranty.
MANUFACTURER WARRANTY SERVICES:
The following manufacturers provide Direct Warranty, Technical
Support & Web Site Access. We strongly encourage you to take
advantage of their services to save your valuable time; money &
the trouble of returning.
Your advantages are :
(1) Save time without the need of " Proof of Purchase" look up.
(2) Save 1-2 weeks of replacement return time versus if you were
to return through us, particularly when you take advantage of
some manufacturers' "Advance Replacement RMA Service Program".
(3) Avoid unnecessary return by using their FREE tech-support
services.
